WorkUp is a Saudi workforce management platform designed to bring the employee app, management dashboard, and team leader dashboard together in one connected system — instead of scattered tools that require manual synchronization every day.
Why WorkUp Exists
We noticed that most work teams in the Kingdom manage attendance, requests, and tasks through scattered tools — paper records, standalone fingerprint devices, and WhatsApp conversations that are neither properly stored nor reviewed. The result is manual reporting that consumes hours every month, with no clear record of who made an administrative decision, when it was made, or on what basis.
We built WorkUp to be one interconnected system: an employee app, a complete management dashboard, and a delegated team leader dashboard — each interface specifically designed for its role, without excessive permissions or unnecessary complexity.
